How is your Mental Diet??

When living with a narcissist you are constantly "fed" negativity. You are blamed for all of the problems, you are made to feel that no matter how hard you try you are incapable of making the other person happy and this is somehow ALL your fault, you are isolated and fed this toxicity for so long you begin to believe it. Slowly the criticisms no longer come from the other person....but from inside you as you have adopted their view of you and are now feeding yourself toxicity!!
As crazy as it sounds...you may have even FORGOTTEN how to view yourself in a positive light, you may have forgotten how beautiful a person you truly STILL ARE. You may look back and think...I used to be this way or that way...but I lost all of those good qualities.
This is a lie that has been embedded inside of you!!!!
In order to climb out of this toxic shell of a person that the narcissist is turning you into.....you must educate yourself...not only on narcissism but also on how to relearn to love yourself again.
I personally make it a goal to "feed myself" 15 min. per day with self improvement information. Knowledge is power and sometimes we simply don't know how to change our thinking without a little bit of help.
