I have created this link for those that feel they have benefitted from my channel and would like to make a small donation.

I am not a therapist, or a lawyer, however I AM someone that has survived 31 years of narcissistic abuse, 16 years with a narcissistic mother and 15 years with a narcissistic spouse and I am currently raising two children who also dealt with narcissistic abuse from their father.

It has taken effort and determination for me to undo the damage and strive to become the person I always knew I was at a core level and my desire is to help others to be able to do the same.

There is life after narcissism...and you CAN be happy!!!

I felt very alone when I went through my recovery...after all the internet was denied to me in my home. I was fortunate to stumble upon the DSM while in Barnes & Noble one afternoon, and together with my therapist I began to open my eyes to the reality my ex was determined I never learned about.

He had me convinced that I was the problem and  he was the victim....and after years of gaslighting and pathological lying and rage, I had no confidence in my gut instincts.

My passion now is to help others, both women and men, to understand narcissistic abuse, to recognize that victims of narcissistic abuse have much healing that needs to take place and most importantly make it known that you do not have to heal alone!!!
