I am involved with a wonderful lady that has been a victim of narcissistic abuse. She struggles with the addiction. Your videos help me understand more about all of this. Thank you. I wish I could take away all of her pain and just be healthy. So hard, so difficult. My heart hurts for her and for us.
The narcissistic ex I dated for 7 months and recently broke up with, was very competitive. And so true that she would rarely ever compliment me on anything after the "love bombing" stage was over. BUT, she needed tons of compliments from me at all times.
I just got out of a 5 year relationship and am so thankful for all your work. I had isolated myself and felt like i was losing my mind. Your videos have validated my thoughts and feelings and I know i need help. Thank you
