What is EFT or Meridian Tapping and HOW DOES IT WORK?


When I began my war against anxiety I knew that I needed to attack it from every angle, learning as much as I could in an effort to break free from my self made prison.
I began with affirmations, writing down as many positive statements as I could and daily practiced reciting them. But....regardless of how positive the statements were, regardless of how pure my motives were and regardless of how strong my desire was to make these statements "stick"....they only seemed to go in one ear and out the other.
Anxiety continued to follow me around like a shadow that I just couldn't shake.....until I learned about subconscious resistance and EFT.
I was skeptical at first....tap a few areas ...say a few words or statements and wala?????
And that's when I began my in depth research of EFT.
What is EFT or Meridian Tapping and just HOW DOES IT WORK?
Meridian Tapping Techniques repair blockages or disturbances in the body's energy system created by negative emotions. A person chooses a specific emotion such as feeling anger, frustration, embarrassment, insult, or belittlement to focus on prior to the tapping session. During the tapping sequence the person focuses on the emotion to be reduced or cleared while also making positive statements to offset the negative emotions. The tapping of fingers tips on various points on the body release pent up energies.
I KNOW...IT SOUNDS TOO EASY!!!!!
But it works.
